Template Labeler & Windows 8.1

Windows 8.1 Install

Over the last 3 months or so I have been testing 2 separate (although connected) methods to solve the problem of installing the Template Labeler and also the Simple Labeler in Windows 8.1.

.

As anybody who has tried it knows that you can sometimes get the Simple Labeler to install but only occasionally will the Template Labeler do so.

.

This situation is only worsened if you are using 8.1 Pro.
