Please can you give me as detailed explanation of your problem as possible?
Also will you include the following:
1: What version of Windows or Mac you are using?
2: Make and Model of your LightScribe DVD Drive?
3: Is Your LightScribe DVD Drive an Internal or USB External drive?
4: Make of LightScribe discs you are using?
Needless to say, I can’t be with you in person, seeing what you do on your system, so the more information you can give me the better 🙂
